1. Turn the Being Band™ wrist band inside out.

2. Using a screwdriver or butter knife, open the claw-shaped latch on one side of the metal clasp that holds the band in place, then pull out the band and lay it flat.

3. Measure your wrist with string, add about 1/2", then place the string on the band to measure where to cut.

4. Cut the silicone, reattach the band, and close the claw-shaped latch to try it on. (NOTE: Make sure the claw "clicks" into place. You may need to use the screwdriver or butter knife again, to press against the claw for secure "clicked-in" closure.)

5. If it's too loose, reopen the case and repeat the process, cutting small amounts of silicone, until it fits perfectly.

Transit time is generally 5-8 business days.
